Well as a client on the other side of the planet, I have loved feeling involved. The pictures were a special treat.
Like everyone I suppose I buy from craftspeople because I love design, and I love to feel I am dealing with people who love their products, who have developed their skills, and who care about what it is they are producing. If that involves a scungy stage in production, well that is part of the joy of it.
